You are welcome to use any of the studio equipment and/or bring your own.

In 2022, I found this super cool wall art that said, “stop wishing, start doing” and it hit my soul, hard. From that moment forward it was nearly 365 days of cultivating, releasing, manifesting and doing “the work.”

It has taken courage, strength and wisdom with a splash of braVe.

It has required me to show up for myself and my “wish.”

It has required me to make all sorts of “adulting” decisions.

It has required me to live, in true essence, by my values.

It has been a cool journey. It has been a good journey. It has been a humbling process.

Inspiring Inner Growth requires your braVe to speak, on and off the yoga mat.
